STANDARD DELIVERY

Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for delivery.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point.
We aim to deliver all UK Standard orders in 5 working days.

 

AMENDING AN ORDER

Your order is sent directly to our secure till in our store for processing. Once we have received your order and payment, our warehouse staff will pick, pack and dispatch the item very quickly. We will aim to do this the same day for all orders Monday-Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). It is advisable that any amendments or changes you wish to make to your order are communicated to our Customer Service team immediately.

 

In the UK we have delivery 3 zones. Delivery prices vary by zone.

Zone 1 - Free Delivery on all orders

England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3

Zone 2 - £4.99 

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE

Zone 3 - £4.99

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25
